As an Architectural Technician / Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical packages, coordinating construction information, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with current regulations and best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with experience in residential project delivery. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role: Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD. Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with UK building regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards. Coordinate technical information with architects, engineers, and external consultants. Manage and maintain accurate project documentation across all RIBA stages. Attend site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues. Requirements for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role: Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology. Strong technical knowledge with proven proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related software. Solid understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and residential building methods.
