Account Director - Software for Retail/eCommerce 55k- 65k basic, 100k OTE Hybrid working, Manchester office 2-3x per week Your chance to work for an award winning Manchester software start up business that has received substantial financial backing and is projected to double in size this year. This is a Senior Sales job vacancy, taking responsibility for a collection of key accounts, mostly made up of retailers and eCommerce businesses. You will be responsible for high quality customer service, retaining these accounts whilst finding opportunities for additional sales and revenue growth. You will be selling the companies own proprietary software, a customer experience tool. The role will involve hybrid working, with 2-3 days in their Manchester office. To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following experience: - Account Manager or Account Director experience (min of 3 years) in Software/SaaS sales. Could consider Customer Success backgrounds but MUST have had responsibility for revenue growth (upsell). - Software sales experience, ideally into Retail, eCommerce, FMCG environments - Held targeted sales roles, can evidence revenue target achivement and growing key accounts. - Will have experience with Account planning, customer QBRs, project management and customer onboarding - Greater Manchester based, comfortbale with hybrid/office working

Ideally a graduate, though not essential, you will have had at least 6 months experience of telephone based prospecting, selling to senior decision makers. Account Executive (SaaS) 50k- 60k basic, 100k OTE Manchester (3 days per week office, 2 days per week home) This is a new business sales role, to work for an award winning software business who have just received large scale investment from private equity groups. Based in Manchester city centre, close to Piccadilly station, they have a unique 3D SaaS platform, used by businesses in Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing and Aerospace sectors, to help consolidate and optimise their supply chains. You will be responsible for a handful of existing accounts as well as looking to identify and win new customers. This is a full sales cycle role, from cold calling, demoing, face-to-face customer meetings and closing deals. There is full Marketing and Technical support for you in the role, they have a supportive and collaborative culture, with modern offices and plenty of team incentives and events. To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background: - 3 years experience in software/SaaS sales, in a full closing role, with evidence of achieving sales targets. - New business focused, comfortable with cold calling, meeting new customers and winning deals. - Ideally will have closed software deals in excess of 20k - Greater Manchester based, commutable to the City Centre, must be able to drive. - Any experience selling software to technical markets (i.e. Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing and Aerospace), preferred.
