Vehicle Polisher / Detailer We are currently looking for a talented and efficient Polisher / Detailer to join this leading team within a fast-paced body shop, as part of a team of specialists you be responsible for polishing and detailing vehicles to a very high standard. The successful Polisher will have experience within a Bodyshop environment and have a strong eye for detail to identify faults. Responsibilities of a Vehicle Polisher / Detailer In the job of Polisher / Detailer you will be undertaking the following duties: Polishing and detailing of repaired vehicles Polishing and valeting vehicles to a very high standard Ensure that work is carried out to meet customer deadlines. Reporting / rectifying any issues or defects Up-keep of records Pay attention to the finer details. Driver We currently have a vacancy for an efficient Driver to join this leading team within a well-established accident repair centre. To collect and drop off Customer cars / Courtesy cars. Driver To ensure safe delivery / collection of all customers vehicles. Ensure you contact every customer before arrival. Ensure Customer Vehicle Condition Report is complete in addition to any images taken before passing to Estimators. Ensure courtesy cars are up to standard and safe for customer use. Report any defects or damage to Transport Manager immediately Ensure you follow the correct procedure when dealing with customer complaints. To undertake all driving tasks as directed by the Transport Manager and in accordance with the Driver Procedure & Responsibilities Manual and Drivers Process Manual. Be flexible with your approach Moving cars in/ out of the workshop at the start or end of the day Requirements for a Driver All drivers must be over 25 and have a full UK driving license. Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA We are currently looking for a VDA with a good work ethic and a strong passion for vehicle repairs to join this leading team in a well-established accident repair centre. The right candidate will have the organisational skills, efficiency and knowledge required for providing accurate and timely estimates to enhance all bodywork claims and processes. Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA The Vehicle Damage Assessor will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs. They will also need to liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required. An ability to multi-task is a must, but our ideal candidate will also be able to maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff Requirements for a Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA The successful candidate will have technical skills, knowledge and experience of body and paint repair in the Accident and Repair industry Be a team player with good negotiation skills and a can-do attitude. You will have previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar. You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and will be able to accurately use computerized systems where possible You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Bodyshop.
