Based in Newton Abbot, our client a global market leader are looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to start immediately. Duties: Responsible for providing support to customers on any matters relating to: In-house logistical delays, Parcel tracking and investigation of lost parcels & returns. You will use a variety of media (Social channels, phone and email) to make sure customers are given as prompt and as complete response as possible. Feedback any significant positive or negative comments from customers/yourself relating to products and services offered. By having a great telephone manner you will be polite and courteous when speaking to customers. Skills Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices Good geographical knowledge of the world Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software packages At least 2 years experience in similar role or customer facing role Or at least 12 months experience in a Junior Sales role English and Maths GCSE at level C or above Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others An enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service Honesty & Integrity Great communicator both verbally and in written form Positive, self-motivating attitude Reliability Ambitious nature Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload/deadlines Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm Contract length: 5 months
