In this role, you will be supporting the pre-construction team across a diverse portfolio of residential schemes. You must have proven experience delivering cost plans for both high-rise RC frame developments and housing projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates across multiple projects Work closely with design, planning, and commercial teams Assess feasibility, provide budget advice, and support value engineering Analyse subcontractor pricing, benchmarks, and market trends Assist in early-stage procurement strategies Requirements: Demonstrable experience in cost planning for high-rise RC frame and housing projects Strong understanding of construction methods and pre-construction processes Proficient in relevant cost planning software (e.g., CostX, Excel) Ability to manage workload across multiple schemes Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Additional Info: London-based developer with a robust project pipeline Flexible working arrangements may be available Competitive freelance/day rate on offer

The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Support the offsite manufacturing division by managing and placing orders efficiently.
