You will have the chance to join the team as a solicitor and handle litigated personal injury cases, drive results and contribute to delivering justice to their clients. As a Solicitor, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution. Maximise cost recovery while meeting or exceeding financial targets. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Supervise and mentor Legal Assistants and Trainees, contributing to their professional growth. Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement within the department.
