Duties and Responsibilities: Basic preparation of all types of food both sweet and savoury as requested by the manager Washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables. Cleaning of the kitchen, its surroundings at the request of the head chef. To comply with health and safety regulations, and any special safety or similar requirements relating to the setting. This includes the reporting of repairs. To liaise with the manager and facilities management to ensure premises/homes standards are maintained. Ordering produce. Ensuring that there is minimal waste. Ensuring that hygiene standards and safe practices are always maintained. Cleaning fridges, freezers, work surfaces, shelves, walls, washing floors and big pots. To account for any monies spent as required and monitor budgets Working Hours : 9 am -5 pm, Mon- fri and weekends. Requirements Enhanced DBS Check 1 year cook experience in residential settings for older people living with dementia. Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate Previous chef/cook experience required Good understanding of cultural & religious nutritional need and medical needs. Ability to work weekends and at least 5 days a week. Understand hazard warnings/instructions on domestic/hygiene products Please note only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered.

The successful Property Accounts Officer will be responsible to the Property Accounts Manager for undertaking the collection of all income relating to Home Ownership Service (HOS) functions, including all service charges. The successful Property Accounts Officer will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire recovery process, taking effective action, including legal action, in line with Greenwich Council s recovery procedures and relevant legislation. The successful Property Accounts Officer will provide a high standard of customer service to HOS customers, dealing effectively and efficiently with a wide range of enquiries, disputes and complaints, including MPs and Members enquiries. Main duties for Property Accounts Officer. To maximise HOS income by meeting personal and organisational performance targets, objectives and service levels. Work towards supporting Greenwich Council s corporate and performance standards, including its vision and values. To advise all HOS customers at all stages of instalment plans, service charge loans, all other available payment options, and where relevant service charge reductions, including calculating and determining the cost. To issue regular statements of account to HOS customers. To deal with and respond to complex correspondence / contacts relating to the work of the post holder including enquiries and formal complaints from customers, MPs and Members. Where HOS customers withhold payment because of a dispute/query to resolve the query in conjunction with the appropriate service provider. To reply fully and with regard to customer service requirements in the timeframe specified to all such enquiries as appropriate. To investigate and resolve disputes, including providing advice, assistance and information to HOS customers. To monitor and maintain a portfolio of accounts on a regular basis as allocated by the Property Accounts Manager. To do this in accordance with procedures, by identifying new and existing cases in arrears, by taking early action to minimise arrears, by undertaking administration of the portfolio, by collecting HOS income and by making arrangements with debtors to pay outstanding HOS debts. Duties and Responsibilities for Senior ASB Officer: Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate the CCTV team, addressing staffing gaps and operational challenges. To ensure the effective delivery of ASB and Noise & Nuisance services during this interim period. Service Continuity: Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Service. Act as the point of escalation for complex cases in ASB and Noise & Nuisance. Resource Management: Address capacity issues within the CCTV team and develop contingency plans to maintain service delivery. Ensure that all available resources are optimally utilised to manage current and anticipated pressures. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure a co-ordinated response to ASB, Noise & Nuisance. Support resident engagement and uphold community safety priorities. Support HOS with managing SLA demands and ensure service alignment. Working Hours : 09.00am-17.30pm, Monday - Friday Requirements for Senior ASB Officer: Up to date working knowledge and awareness of ASB case investigations/housing legislation. Ability to work independently and carry out home/site visits with minimal risk, often lone working in a variety of settings, including high rise blocks and large, urban estates.
