Our client whose Head Office is in Weston-super-Mare have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This full time office based role requires somebody that can build and maintain working relationships by proactively developing a host of new accounts and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable initially making outbound calls to develop the portfolio of accounts. With time you will then maintain and manage the existing relationships that you have built as well as continuing to push for additional opportunities where possible. The company offer an attractive uncapped commission structure. With the fast-paced nature of this role the ideal candidate will have excellent commercial thinking in order to effectively capitalise on profitable opportunities. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own intuition, and as part of a team to contribute to the overall goals of the business. Success will be rewarded through the company s individual uncapped commission scheme as well as through collective team targets and incentives. Whilst previous experience in an Account Management/Sales position would be beneficial however full training will be provided. The Sales Support Executive role attracts a salary of £28k per annum plus commission with OTE being at least £40k. The successful candidate must hold a UK Driving Licence. The Sales Support Executive role duties will include: Developing and maintaining successful client relationships Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email. Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations Process orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch. Compose tenders for new works Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts Account management Occasional site visits Coordinate and lead service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction The successful Sales Support Executive is likely to have the following skills: Customer service and telesales Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal Work well in a team and as an individual Good IT skills Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload Able to develop client relationships and increase sales The successful candidate is likely to be able to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required.
