Role Senior Data Operations Manager - London Key Responsibilities Own daily revenue reporting, including data extraction, validation and transformation across multiple systems. Pipeline monitoring - check that ingestion pipelines are running correctly and flag issues, maintaining data integrity. Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (scripting, complex formulas, automation). Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders and document processes clearly. Solid understanding of data integrity and its importance in a performance marketing environment. Proactive, solutions oriented mindset, comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes. Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment where priorities shift quickly. Nice to have Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and data pipeline concepts. Previous experience in a scaling operations team where processes were being built or redesigned. Experience working in affiliate or performance marketing, or in a similarly data intensive, regulated sector.
