Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Credit Hire claims Handle a caseload of liability disputed cases Ensure compliance with court directions, court orders , and internal protocols Adhere to supervisor guidance and case strategy in a timely manner Keep the credit hire provider regularly updated on case progress Maintain and develop strong working relationships with hire companies Work collaboratively with colleagues across the litigation team Manage cases from the commencement of proceedings through to trial Confidently use case management systems and maintain accurate records Negotiate settlements and work towards achieving optimal outcomes for clients About You: Proven experience in handling Credit Hire or MOJ/OIC Portal claims Solid understanding of the personal injury claims process and costs Strong working knowledge of Credit Hire case law , MOJ protocols , Pre-Action Protocol , and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Organised, resilient, and capable of managing workloads under pressure Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills What they offer: Exceptional salary of between £30-45k DOE Exceptional working environment Flexibility and Support Bonus and Benefits If you believe you would be a strong fit for this role, please apply online with your CV and a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER BOLTON £26-32K OFFICE BASED Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well established and successful law firm in Bolton for a Residential Conveyancer to join their already successful team. Job Purpose Managing a diverse volume caseload, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing high performance and delivery of a quality, client focused operation within the department. Key Responsibilities Client Management • Maintain and build good professional working relationships with clients and external organisations • Develop and improve client service standards, encouraging a total client care culture throughout the department • Monitor your team support's delivery of client service, with your Team Leader, through regular feedback reviews. Technical Responsibilities • Ability to deal with a full range of property transactions including sales & purchase, freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, TOE and Remortgages. • Adhere to and promote compliance with Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the firm's policies, practices and procedures; legislation applicable to the profession and to any relevant quality standards • Through training and other means, to keep fully up to date with relevant legislation and practice • Delegating work to the team support Knowledge & Experience • Experience managing own diverse caseload from instructions to completion and registration • Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organisation and relieve potential conflicts. • Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non technical users in both written and verbal forms. • A client focused approach to service delivery. • Strong experience in using Microsoft office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook etc. • Strong experience using case management systems • Working knowledge of the CQS Protocol, UKFML, and BSA Handbooks In return, we can offer you: A competitive salary of up to £32k and benefits package.
