A Typical Day in the Job: Software Development: Manage and support the development of software solutions, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshooting will be guided by standard tools and processes provided by the Network Team. You'll be involved in upgrading legacy Wi-Fi networks to the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard, enhancing performance and reliability across hotel properties. Risk assessment and task prioritisation are managed through a ticketing system, with issues triaged based on urgency and the number of users impacted. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
