FTC - maternity cover for 10 months We are looking for an experienced and passionate Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will shape and deliver our employer brand and recruitment marketing approach end-to-end, balancing strategic direction with hands on execution. This role is a fixed term maternity cover for 10 months, so we need someone who can deliver impact quickly, prioritise well, and get results through smart, resourceful approaches (including low-cost and organic channels). What you'll be doing: Own and deliver the employer brand and recruitment marketing roadmap, balancing long-term positioning with immediate hiring needs. Operationalise and embed the EVP: translate it into job ad frameworks, recruiter toolkits, hiring manager guidance, and consistent messaging across channels. Plan, launch, and optimise targeted recruitment marketing campaigns using low-cost / organic tactics where possible (social, employee advocacy, content, communities, referrals). Create and refresh compelling employer brand content (copy, basic visuals via templates, employee stories, FAQs) and keep career site/ATS content accurate and engaging. Review the end to end candidate experience, identify friction points, and drive practical improvements with recruiters and hiring teams. Report on core metrics (e.g., channel performance, application quality signals, engagement, career site behaviour) to inform priorities and demonstrate impact. Manage and optimise relationships with job boards, agencies, and tools - prioritising ROI, negotiating rates, and reducing waste. Who we're looking for: Agile and pragmatic: able to work in short cycles, test/learn/iterate, and make progress without waiting for perfect inputs. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate an EVP and talent priorities into clear messaging, channel choices, and measurable plans. Hands on operator: comfortable creating and publishing content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, job ad copy, landing page/ATS content, simple video briefs) and running campaigns day to day. Data minded: able to set simple success measures, track performance, and optimise based on insight (even when data is imperfect). Strong collaborator and influencer who can partner with the communications team, recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to improve candidate experience and bring the employer story to life. Confident managing suppliers and channels (job boards, agencies, tools) to get value for money and negotiate effectively. What you'll get: A collaborative culture where you can make an impact Hybrid and flexible working model Exposure to global stakeholders & different markets Competitive compensation and benefits Equal opportunities Convatec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
