My client is an award winning building contractor looking for an experienced No.1 or hands on Project Manager to run a job in Runswick Bay. This is a new build hotel that is currently moving towards the fitting out stage. This is a small hotel consisting of 20 bedrooms with ground floor reception, accompanying bar, restaurant e.t.c.
