We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Variable Incentive Plan Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and accurate execution of our variable incentive plans. You will work closely with Commercial teams, Finance, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our plans are aligned with business objectives, effectively motivate our sales team, and are administered fairly and consistently. This role involves regular updates, data integrity management, and cross-department collaboration to support compliance with audit requirements. What you'll do: Plan Execution & Documentation: Administer variable incentive plans, including pay file reviews and maintaining up-to-date documentation, calculators, and terms & conditions. Distribution & Acknowledgement Tracking: Distribute plan documents and tools to participants using Workday data, and maintain audit trails and acknowledgements. Exception & Data Management: Develop exception handling processes and ensure accurate participant data in HR and incentive systems, collaborating with HR and Tech teams for updates. Process Improvement & Compliance: Map and enhance incentive plan processes to meet audit standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Audit & Reporting Support: Support internal and external audits by improving documentation and generating regular and ad-hoc reports on plan performance and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and other teams to align on incentive program execution and related projects. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field. Relevant Experience: Background in incentive plan administration, compensation, management consulting, or business operations. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with HR systems like Workday and incentive compensation tools such as Varicent, CaptivateIQ, or SAP Callidus. Analytical Strength: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and solve problems effectively. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
