Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to oversee and optimise our online sales channels. This role involves managing website content, improving the customer journey, optimising product listings, analysing sales performance, and implementing strategies to enhance online revenue. The right candidate should be well versed in the Digital Marketing landscape and looking to progress with the company potentially becoming a manager in 9 -12 months. Key Responsibilities Manage and update the website with accurate product information, pricing, and images. Optimise product listings with engaging descriptions, relevant keywords, and SEO best practices. Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and online sales. Work closely with digital marketing teams to coordinate promotions, paid advertising, and email campaigns. Analyse ecommerce performance using tools like Google Analytics, reporting on sales trends, user behaviour, and conversion rates. Assist our retail partners to sell online and increase their revenue. Manage third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.), ensuring listings are up-to-date and competitive. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure we remains competitive. Assist with customer service enquiries related to ecommerce orders, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot related problems, manage CRM effectively for maximum efficiency. Work with developers and designers to enhance website functionality and user experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar). Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other performance-tracking tools. Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and an understanding of UX/UI principles. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the bathroom, home improvement, or retail sector is a plus.
