Utilize advanced technical capabilities, including Python scripting, Workiva Chains, and complex API integrations, to build automated, data-forward demo environments that refresh efficiently Design and implement AI-powered workflows to optimize demo build and QA cycle times, and embed Workiva's native AI capabilities directly into master demo narratives Identify patterns in internal ticketing requests to transition team workload from reactive fixes to the creation of scalable, self-service assets Design and enforce clear Proof-of-Concept (POC) guidelines and technical boundaries for field SCs to follow when standard demos require customization Collaborate with Product Management to ensure new product features are engineered into master demo environments prior to broad release, and provide structured technical feedback regarding demo friction Serve as a technical lead and resource for the Demo Consulting team, driving knowledge-sharing around complex environments, advanced troubleshooting, and automation What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of related experience in Demo Operations, Application Development, Demo Engineering, or DevOps Infrastructure Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of career experience and knowledge Hands-on technical experience with cloud technologies, API integrations, and scripting languages (such as Python) to build robust, automated data environments Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, AI-driven workflow automation) and CI/CD technologies and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to optimize build cycles, ensure environment stability, and accelerate time-to-market for demo assets.Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of data models, complex system integrations, data migration, and SaaS architectures.
