Minimum Requirements: Extensive experience as an employee relations practitioner in either a HR or legal team, or a lawyer with at least 4 years' post-qualification employment law experience; A deep understanding of employment law and the changing regulatory landscape; Experience in the financial services sector; Experience handling regulatory issues in the context of the SMCR, conduct, remuneration matters, and regulatory inquiries; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and keen to grow and develop within the organisation.
