This is a varied, client-facing role providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to clients across a range of industries. Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance matters. Deliver commercially focused, practical employment law guidance. Maintain accurate case records and work within agreed service levels. About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in an HR Advisor role. Strong Employee Relations experience. Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, delegated authority agreements and internal governance. Building strong relationships with brokers, insurer partners and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For Experience within Commercial Property or Real Estate Insurance. Exposure to underwriting, underwriting support or commercial broking. A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to develop a career in underwriting. Desirable Experience Delegated authority or binder experience. Bordereaux reporting.
