Whether you re Level 2 or Level 3 qualified , or unqualified with hands-on childcare experience , we d love to hear from you. About the Role: As a Nursery Assistant, you ll support children in their early years development, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where little ones can learn, play, and grow. This is a fantastic opportunity to: Gain experience in a variety of nursery settings Choose full-time or part-time hours to suit your availability Enjoy flexible work that fits around family, studies, or other commitments Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting children with play-based learning and daily routines Helping to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment Assisting with activities that support early development and learning Supporting mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play Working as part of a friendly nursery team to ensure high standards of care What We re Looking For: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable, not essential) Unqualified candidates with experience working with children are welcome A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude A genuine passion for early years education Ability to adapt to different nursery settings and routines An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with GSL Education?
