Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews, setting goals and benchmarks for improvement. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Analyse market trends and keep abreast of changes within the education sector to assist in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with overall company goals and growth plans. Manage and resolve issues that arise within the team, acting as a point of escalation when necessary. About You: Proven experience as a senior/executive consultant or in a team leader/managerial role within education recruitment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with team members and clients/candidates. A strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges and opportunities within it. Proficient in recruitment processes and practices. Ability to analyse data, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies for improvement. Highly organized, with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
