Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with tendered values and programme requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare valuations, monitor costs, and oversee payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Support month-end reporting and provide weekly and monthly KPI data to track progress and performance. Produce accurate financial forecasts and manage cost control processes. Ability to prepare detailed cost reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach. Desirable: Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Experience within the water or wastewater infrastructure sector.
