As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will drive new business, grow existing client relationships, and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. You will also act as second-line support to the Director, contributing to wider strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through proactive outbound activity Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment processes Conduct market mapping across professional services, financial services, and family office markets Build and maintain long-term client relationships Source and secure high-quality candidates Oversee screening, interview coordination, and offer management Support and guide junior team members Assist the Director with strategic growth initiatives Represent the Victus Search brand at networking and industry events Key Requirements Proven 360 recruitment experience (typically three to five years) Strong track record in business development and client management Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively Strong organisational and time management skills This role offers broad exposure within a growing startup environment and suits a self-starter looking to have real impact while progressing alongside the business.

A leading Law firm is seeking a Private Client Associate to join its established and expanding department. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload while contributing to the long-term development of the team. The Role The Associate will handle a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration and trusts. The role involves delivering clear, accurate and commercially aware advice, drafting high-standard legal documentation, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. They will maintain strong client relationships, progress matters efficiently and support business development activities such as networking and client engagement. Team Collaboration The Associate will work closely with colleagues across the team and wider firm, supporting partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters. They will contribute positively to team culture, share technical knowledge and build strong relationships with internal teams and external advisers such as accountants and financial planners.
