We're looking for an Assistant Contract Manager for a public sector organisation based in Birmingham or London (hybrid) on an initial 9 month contract, paying up to £450 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35). This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office three days per week. The successful Assistant Contract Manager will manage a portfolio of corporate contracts across the full lifecycle, from mobilisation and transition through to exit. They'll monitor supplier performance and compliance, support commercial decision-making, manage change requests through governance processes, and liaise with stakeholders on spend, progress and performance reporting. They'll also be expected to negotiate commercial agreements with third parties and proactively identify and mitigate contract risks. You will need proven experience working with the following: - Corporate contract management and administration - Contract change request processes and governance structures - Supplier and stakeholder management, including performance monitoring and service credits - Risk management and understanding of different forms of contract and risk allocation - Dispute resolution and early warning mechanisms - Compliance checks and value-for-money assessment - Knowledge of working with publicly funded bodies, including central government - UCR/PCR (Utilities Contract Regulations / Public Contract Regulations) - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Project - SAP and CEMAR You'll also need practical exposure to commercial and technical analysis, including areas such as: - Cost control and estimating - Supply chain management - Developing stakeholder reports and presentations - Supporting high-profile or complex procurement and contract activity NEC Practitioner, MCIPS or MRICS qualifications are highly desirable. We're looking for a Casework Team Leader for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial contract to March 2027, paying up to 350 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella). There is an expectation to attend the office in London 1 to 3 days per week, as required by business needs. The successful Casework Team Leader will lead a small casework function within a fast-paced, policy-led operational delivery environment, applying government policy to make sound, evidence-based decisions on a varied caseload. You will mentor and support colleagues, promoting their welfare and wellbeing, while collaborating confidently with stakeholders and partner teams to drive forward departmental priorities. Although this role carries no formal line management accountability, you will play an active coaching role within the team. The successful Cloud Digital Product Manager will be an experienced product professional who is comfortable working in a complex, legacy environment and genuinely passionate about making internal platforms easier to use and more reliable. You will own the roadmap and backlog for one or more shared technology platforms, working closely with engineers, architects and delivery teams to reduce friction, improve user experience and help downstream teams ship faster and more safely. We're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager for a Manchester-based client on a contract of 12 to 18 months, paying between £400 and £500 per day (Outside IR35). This is predominantly a remote role with occasional travel to the Manchester office, approximately one day per week. This is a greenfield Case Management system implementation, and you will be the sole BA/PM on the project from day one. You will take ownership of scoping, requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management through to delivery, working with an offshore development team and managing the supplier relationship throughout.
