Produce monthly management reports covering driver activity, OCRS performance, vehicle defects and associated costs. Coordinate vehicle maintenance inspections, repairs and servicing schedules with external providers. Maintain training records and training matrices, identifying training requirements where necessary. Communicate key compliance updates to drivers and support the delivery of toolbox talks. Ensure all fleet and transport documentation remains accurate, up to date and compliant. Support internal compliance audits and assist with external transport compliance audits. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience within a Transport Compliance, Fleet Compliance or Transport Administration position. Good knowledge of DVSA regulations, Operator Licence compliance and transport legislation. Experience managing vehicle maintenance schedules and transport compliance documentation.
