Support your cluster in recruiting Personal Trainer/ Fitness coaches and proactively find new ways to bring in new talent. Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will be part of a talented team of Cluster Managers and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work - and workout - for both your team and gym members. You will manage Gym Managers within your cluster, working together to strengthen performance across the area.
