What you'll bring You'll be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration and experience in clinical and people leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple sites and the flexibility to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham.
