Overview A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager role joining a vibrant and inspiring womenswear brand. You will be responsible for maximising sales and ensuring that every customer receives an excellent shopping experience. Also playing an active role in managing motivating and developing the store team. To be considered for this role, you will currently be an existing Assistant Manager or a Senior Supervisor within a womenswear retail environment looking for your next challenge. This role offers a fantastic chance to work across multiple product categories in ladies' and menswear, managing and developing strong relationships with both existing and new accounts. We are looking for a driven professional with extensive product knowledge, a strong sales track record, and a solid understanding of the critical path from concept to production. This role is ideal for someone with a background in fashion supply who combines strong numerical skills with creative flair and a passion for products! Based in the London office 5 days a week. Main responsibilities will include: Manage and grow new and existing accounts, creating long-term relationships. Working closely with overseas factories in the Far East, ensuring seamless daily communication. Handling costings, negotiating prices, and managing deliveries. Constantly sourcing new fabrics and developing new suppliers. Attending buyer meetings, discussing pricing, delivery schedules, and product feedback.
