With a packed pipeline of major projects in Manchester - several now at advanced stages - and a growing commercial, residential, and mixed-use portfolio, this is a role where your input will directly shape landmark builds across the region. As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for schemes through both pre-construction (PCSA) and delivery phases. You will work alongside design teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to shape buildability, de-risk programmes, and drive quality from tender through to handover.
