Strong understanding of modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, serverless). Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, RESTful APIs, and front-end/back-end development patterns. Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience across technology domains including CMS, CRM, Martech platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and cloud services. Exposure to CDPs (e.g., Bloomreach, Segment, BlueConic, Tealium) and data integration pipelines. Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and basic analytics or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience in the sports, entertainment, or fan engagement domain is a strong plus.
