What You'll Be Doing: Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering tailored recruitment strategies that actually work. Candidate Sourcing - Place top-tier talent across Software Engineering , ERP , and Cloud & DevOps . Business Development - Spot opportunities, win new business, and grow your own portfolio. Leadership & Mentorship - Share your experience and help guide junior consultants coming up behind you. Negotiation - Own conversations around fees, terms, and offers - you'll be trusted to lead. Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of the curve and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. With an established presence in the tech space across the UK, EU, and US , you'll have the platform to own and grow your market, lead key accounts, and mentor others - all within a supportive, forward-thinking business that genuinely rewards success. What You'll Be Doing: Client Management Build, manage, and expand relationships with clients across our core sectors - delivering expert, bespoke recruitment solutions that solve real hiring challenges. Candidate Sourcing Use your market knowledge and network to source top-tier talent across Software Engineering , ERP , and Cloud & DevOps roles. Business Development Identify and capitalise on new opportunities within existing and untapped markets. You'll have the freedom to develop your own client base and shape your niche. Team Leadership & Mentoring Share your experience with junior consultants and play a key role in shaping the next wave of talent in the team. Commercial Responsibility Lead complex negotiations across fees, terms, and offers - owning deals from end to end with the confidence of a trusted advisor. Market Insight Stay ahead of tech hiring trends, keeping your clients informed and your strategy sharp. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within tech or a specialist vertical A proven record of consistent billing and strong client relationships Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills Leadership potential or prior mentoring experience A natural drive to take ownership and build something long-term Familiarity with the UK, EU, or US tech markets is ideal Experience in Software Engineering, ERP , or Cloud & DevOps recruitment is a bonus - but not essential What's in It for You?
