Finance Manager (FTC - 6 Months) - Media & Entertainment Business About the Company: A fast-growing media & entertainment business requires a Qualified Accountant to join its London team. The opportunity will involve full ownership of financial and management accounts, with a wide scope of finance responsibilities. You'll work closely with the Finance Director, supporting both BAU and strategic projects as the company enters its next growth phase. About the Role: You will lead the core accounting function for the UK business and play a key role in bringing the accounts in-house. Responsibilities span across reporting under UK and US GAAP, building financial models, completing VAT returns, and supporting commercial decision-making with timely and accurate financial information. Responsibilities: Lead on month-end close process and preparation of monthly management accounts. Preparation of impairment memos. Building financial models in Excel to support forecasting and planning. Cash flow and working capital forecasting. Balance Sheet reconciliations and journal postings. VAT review and submissions.
