About the Role This Role is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract with the potential for extension. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive growth across paid media and owned channels for our culturally-led football brands. You'll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and build high-performing email automations in Klaviyo, working across product drops, editorial launches, and events. You'll be part of a small but mighty marketing team, working at the intersection of football culture, music, fashion, and youth community. What You'll be doing Own the full user funnel across acquisition, activation, retention Design and run experiments across paid, organic, and on-site channels Work with dev/design teams to build and iterate on high-converting landing pages Identify and test new growth levers (e.g. referrals, UGC, affiliate) Optimise user journeys - from ad click to post-purchase Spot friction and drop-off points, and propose fixes (e.g. cart abandonment, onboarding) Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, X, Reddit, and anywhere else Football Fans spend time Set up and run A/B tests for copy, creative, audiences, and placements Track and report on CAC, CTR, LTV amongst others Gather insights and tracking via GA4, Shopify Analytics and others Report insights weekly, and apply learnings across touchpoints Build and manage campaign calendars for editorial, product, and event comms Set up and optimise flows: welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc. Write clear, conversion-focused email and SMS copy Collaborate with designers to deliver visually strong campaigns Segment audiences and personalise journeys Analyse performance and deliver ongoing improvements to engagement and revenue Turn brand goals into actionable paid and email strategies Work closely with brand, ecommerce, and content teams Present regular performance updates and actionable next steps Contribute to creative ideation and testing across all channels What You Have 2+ years running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok 2+ years experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, and campaign execution) Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset Comfortable working autonomously across multiple projects Collaborative, proactive, and fluent in youth and internet culture Footballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. About The Role This is a newly created role in the London-based Finance team that will work closely with the HR team to help ensure that the monthly payroll properly reflects employee benefits and that associated payments are made accurately and timely. The Group outsources its payroll function to Papaya, an external payroll provider, who engages in-country partners. The HR team will continue to be responsible for the maintenance and update of the Group's HR platform, BambooHR, ensuring that this platform correctly reflects employee data, including benefits. The HR team will also retain the primary relationship with Papaya but this role will interact with both HR and Papaya in helping to ensure the accuracy of the payroll and payment of liabilities. This role will also ensure that the payroll postings to the accounting ledger made by the General Ledger (GL) team in Poland are accurate. What you'll be doing: Generally, this role supports payroll operations by assisting with tasks like payroll processing, data entry and reporting. Review the monthly payroll inputs from HR, align to the draft UK payroll files from the external provider to ensure changes are reconciled and valid Monthly review of the payroll liability account investigating and resolving any reconciling items globally Monthly review of the pension input files Main administrator for the UK private medical insurance scheme and the main point of contact. Completion of the P11D(b) form each year. Calculate PSA amounts due relating to employee expenses Managing and reviewing the PAYE HMRC account Review and assess the payroll processes and controls across the Group for all payrolls and work closely with the Group Financial Controller (GFC) to implement identified and agreed improvements to these processes and controls. Assist the HR team with ad hoc tax year-end and freelancer reporting Assist the GFC and Statutory Reporting Manager with Group financial year-end reporting relating to staff costs for audits What you have: 1+ years proven experience in payroll administration Professional approach, self-motivated & good influencing & communication skills Effective analytical skills & confident with MS Excel Ability to work collegiately with payroll/HR/finance colleagues & business customers Good eye for detail & very numerate as well as comfortable with high volume of data Good communicator with strong initiative Ability and confidence to manage multiple deadlines Footballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
