This is one of the most important commercial leadership roles within Teads, responsible for accelerating growth across a multi million pound portfolio whilst strengthening one of our most strategic agency partnerships. You will own executive relationships across Publicis, influence agency strategy, negotiate long term commercial partnerships and position Teads as Publicis' trusted omnichannel partner. Position Teads as a critical business partner through insight led conversations and long term commercial planning. Lead Strategic Commercial Agreements Own the negotiation and delivery of Joint Business Plans, trading agreements and commercial partnerships that create sustainable growth for both organisations whilst ensuring Teads remains a preferred strategic partner. Inspire High Performing Teams Lead through influence by creating a positive, collaborative and high performance culture across both direct and matrix teams. What will you bring to the team? Your skills and experiences: Significant experience within digital media, advertising technology, programmatic or media sales, ideally with more than ten years' experience leading major agency holding company relationships. Proven success managing and growing multi million pound agency portfolios, ideally across Publicis or another major holding company. Outstanding commercial acumen with a demonstrated history of delivering sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning and executive engagement. Extensive experience negotiating Joint Business Plans, trading agreements and complex commercial partnerships.
