Interim Fleet Management Consultant Location: North Yorkshire (Hybrid - 2 days on site p/w) Contract: 6 Months (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP (Ideally by March) Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority in North Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Fleet Management Consultant to support them through a period of transformation. This is a 6-month assignment focusing on evaluating, restructuring, and improving their fleet services to enhance efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. This is a hands-on role where you will lead on the day-to-day management of fleet teams and workshop staff while also delivering a strategic transformation project. Key Responsibilities Engage with fleet teams, senior management, and key stakeholders to assess challenges and opportunities. Advise and support the restructure of the fleet service. Oversee the day-to-day management of fleet staff and workshops. Ensure full compliance with O-License, driver regulations, and health & safety. Develop a vehicle replacement plan, including budgeting. Support the development of a fleet decarbonisation plan. Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiencies. Manage pool cars and vehicle workshops. About You Significant operational experience in fleet management, with strong technical knowledge. A proven track record in delivering fleet transformation projects. Experience in senior leadership roles, working with key stakeholders. Strong knowledge of fleet compliance, health & safety, and best practices. Experience in public sector/local authority fleet services is desirable. Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist Private Client Competitive Annual Salary Wellington Part-time - Permanent Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist to join one of our clients at their private hospital. The hospital provides a range of medium and low secure mental health inpatient services, including male, female, and LD+A wards. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, developing care plans and treatments tailored to the individual needs of service users, and providing advice on the effectiveness of evidence-based treatment. Depending on the service user group, you may have a caseload that spans multiple wards, with approximately 15 to 20 inpatients. What you'll do: Be responsible for overall patient treatment plans in conjunction with the MDT. Assess referrals to determine suitability for admission. Undertake appropriate investigations, diagnosis, and treatment. Participate in ward rounds, clinical audits, and quality improvement work. Chair and oversee CPA reviews. Engage in clinical governance and ensure compliance with regulations. Write and oversee various reports, including those for Managers' Hearings and the Mental Health Tribunal, and attend hearings. What we're looking for: GMC Registered. MRCPsych or equivalent. On the specialty register for Forensic Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with forensic experience. Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams. Good CPD standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists and have had an appraisal within the last year. AC and Section 12(2) approval.
