Diagnose faults and complete repairs on boilers, heaters, and associated gas equipment (within competency). Undertake basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, valves, taps, and pipework. Support general building fabric repairs such as doors, fixtures, flooring, and minor repairs. Assist with compliance checks including gas safety inspections, emergency lighting checks, and fire door inspections. Accurately complete job reports, gas safety records, and compliance documentation. Liaise with site contacts and FM teams to ensure works are completed with minimal disruption. Skills & Experience Required Valid Gas qualifications Commercial Proven experience in a mobile maintenance or FM role. Good fault-finding skills and a practical, hands on attitude. Comfortable carrying out multi skilled maintenance tasks alongside gas works. Strong health & safety awareness and good communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Commercial Gas qualifications. Experience working in commercial or retail environments.
