You will provide support and intervention for struggling learners, act as point of contact with parents and all relevant professionals ensuring the needs of students are met with continuity. Also, you will contribute to high standards of expectations and outcomes are met for all students, including academic, attendance, safeguarding and student welfare. Additionally, you will act as Key Worker for named students and be accountable for their progress and development, record, report and evaluate the impact of interventions and support given and deliver interventions for learning, social and emotional needs. Rikama Education Limited are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistants for an SEN School in Broadstairs,Kent. who are able to support students with mental health conditions (SEMH) and Complex needs, who exhibit some challenging behaviour in KS1 -KS5. The ideal candidate should have one of the following work experience: - School Teaching Assistant Support experience Young Or Elderly Caring experience Child Or Adult Working with Public Secor - NHS Experience looking after others Childcare qualifications OR experience with desire to enter the Education industry You will be responsible for supporting the students throughout the school day in lessons and recreational time.
