About the Accounts Receivable Collections & Resolutions Analyst - German Speaker role: This role works within the Customer Financial Services department (Credit Control) to improve SCJ's financial performance by managing collections and credit management operations, reducing open deductions, speeding up validation of claims and ensuring accurate allocation of invoices to correct accrual; all in line with departmental KPIs targets. This role will support Germany and German speaking countries. We are open on experience but prefer if you have some finance experience and are open to work in Credit Control. The most important thing is that you're a fluent German speaker Key responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable Collections & Resolutions Analyst - German Speaker: This role assumes responsibility of managing the credit risk for a portfolio of customer accounts on behalf of EMEA region. It requires a strong ability to make credit decisions within the DOA framework, to work independently as well as collaboratively cross functionally, to proactively chase Receivable items & process incoming claims. It will require to take ownership of customer s credit and ledger issues and escalate as and when necessary. The role also requires a clear understanding and adherence to internal and external controls as well as identifying opportunities through Lean mindset in view of maximising efficiency. Developing, maintaining and improving relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely cash receipt, allocation and query resolution Managing the customer rebates and promotional invoices, ensuring customers invoices are validated with the accruals tracker and processed in a timely manner Conducting thorough investigation of price and logistics claims Managing the creation of long-term agreements, avoiding non-approved expenditure Monthly reconciliation of the subsystem (TSM) to SAP GL accounts and month end reporting Previous experience / knowledge required of our Accounts Receivable Collections & Resolutions Analyst - German Speaker: Fluent in German and English both written and verbal Good experience in an accounting environment or accounts receivable Previous experience in Business to Business claims within a service center or a back-office environment. About the Brand Manager role: This role will lead brand strategy and execution, collaborating with Sales, Category, Demand Planning, Finance, and additional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class brand performance. This role is instrumental in driving business objectives related to sales, profit, and market share, with a focus on identifying brand growth opportunities, developing insights, and building strong customer partnerships. Responsibilities Brand Leadership: Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to establish and implement robust trade and brand strategies, ensuring new product launches and core brand messages align with cluster and regional goals. Customer Engagement and Brand Representation : Lead and present brand strategies to key customers, building strong partnerships through impactful launch plans and securing alignment on activation initiatives. Represent the brand during major customer meetings, including Brand Days, to drive alignment on strategy and execution at least twice per year. Business Planning and Pricing: Provide strategic direction in annual business planning for key partners, including the development and execution of pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with Sales. E-Commerce Development: Actively participate and influence the e-commerce strategy, contributing to digital-first initiatives for the brand. Special Projects and Packs: Oversee special pack strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Retail Excellence: Drive excellence in execution at POS by coordinating with Category Management, Shopper Marketing and Sales to ensure optimal distribution and impactful in-store displays. Promotional Development: Collaborate with Customer Marketing Manager and Finance teams to create, execute, and analyse promotional activities, ensuring a strong alignment with brand equity and promotional guidelines. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators for the category, including distribution, competitive activities, and inventory levels, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Budget Management: Manage and optimise the local brand marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation for maximum ROI. Media Management: Oversee the local media plan, working closely with the Regional team to refine strategies and adjust based on performance. What we re looking for in our Brand Manager: Experience you'll bring Coming from a solid ABM Marketing role in an FMCG environment Knowledge of the UK Grocery market for FMCG Solid analytical skills with experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) Good MS Office experience especially Excel Excellent Presentation Skills Willingness to travel within the UK for Brand days and to the Regional HQ in Switzerland Valid driving license, with ability to drive to customer meetings and do regular store checks Mobility to work internationally.
