We're looking for a Payroll Officer to join our People Services team, helping to make sure our co owners are paid accurately and on time, every time. What you'll be doing Managing the day to day operation of monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Processing all payroll changes (new starters, leavers, overtime, statutory payments, pensions, etc.). Running payroll calculations, producing reports, and preparing BACs payments. Supporting People Services Administrators with HR and payroll systems (iTrent). Administering benefits schemes (e.g., cycle to work, childcare vouchers). Covering weekly payrolls when needed, keeping everything on track to meet deadlines. Handling data extracts, uploads, validation, and manipulation in Excel with confidence. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Sounds interesting, what do I need? A solid track record of running payroll for a similar sized organisation. Strong payroll expertise with excellent technical and numerical skills. Confidence with data - especially in Excel. Experience liaising with managers, HMRC, and working to tight deadlines in a busy environment. A keen eye for process improvements and a mindset of continuous learning. Desirable but not essential: Payroll qualifications. Experience with MHR iTrent and Business Objects. Background in food manufacturing. Why should I join the family? As a Skilled Engineer you'll be working at our largest production facility in Blagdon helping to ensure that all of our site equipment is running as effectively and efficiently as possible. Taking the lead role, and playing an active part in, managing any situation where business integrity, people safety, environmental impact and plant or assets may suffer or be adversely affected. You'll be instrumental in ensuring we're meeting the required standards of food safety and quality through implementing suitable controls and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) during maintenance activities. You'll use your problem solving skills to prevent, detect and eliminate any faults, abnormalities and inefficiencies in the operation of our machines. You'll also be proactive in the development and enhancement of kit and equipment performance and reliability. Providing specialist knowledge and insight for new on current technologies while developing the knowledge of colleagues and wider teams. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering high standards of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise. Driving continuous improvements to support sustainable operational performance. Management of site assets through effective use and interaction with the site CMMS, stores and administration functions to deliver Planned and Unplanned activities in a safe and timely manner. Ensuring the safe working practices of all staff, contractors and visitors.

We are looking for 2 Skilled Operators s to join the Blending & Processing Team at our Blagdon site. You will be joining an integral team in our Production operations. Working in a distinctive, ambitious and trusted manufacturing company that is committed to making great British dairy the right way. Forever. Working closely with the Team Manager you will ensure the intake, storage, picking, packing, control and dispatch of all stock. Working in a temperature controlled (Cold store) environment. Key responsibilities will include: Manual handling of fruit bags Drawing off base Tank washing Temperature checking & viscosity checking product. Use of MHE. Ensuring safe use of all equipment, escalating any breakdowns or issues with equipment to your Team Manager. Maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety, following closely company procedures. Minimising wastage where possible. Maintaining a clean and hygienic works place ensuring that hygiene standards are met. The shift follows a rolling 4 on 4 off pattern and we are currently looking for people to join our day team (6:00am - 6:00pm) You must be happy to work in a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, although if you have worked in food manufacturing before, that would be an advantage.

Are you an early riser who enjoys being on the road but are happy to change things up now and again? Well, a rare opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Development Team. You will be integral in continuing our excellent customer service, delivering samples across the country as far reaching as the Pennies or Devon, Wales or Norfolk. Day to day you will be scheduled to deliver refrigerated and / or frozen samples to our customers at their HQ's, home addresses, to Photography Studios and testing Laboratories. Driving to our various sites in Somerset/ Devon to collect and deliver samples and ingredients/packaging as required. You will also ensure that the company vehicle is fit for use, maintained, serviced, and cleaned according to the company and manufacturers requirements. When the need arises, you will be instrumental in supporting the Fleet & Transport Supervisor, checking the HQ Pool Cars, taking them for services, Maintenance and Mot's and occasionally giving them a spruce up. This role does require early starts and overtime on a very regular, if not daily basis (amounting to approx. 15-25 hrs per month) .

Based in our Blagdon site Operations department you will be a key member of a team responsible for preparing pallets of finished goods for despatch, intake of materials, and preparing packaging orders for the Production team. Working closely with the Team Manager your duties will include chilling product, temperature checking, movement of goods, loading, unloading, picking packaging for the day ahead and dispatch of all stock. This role involves use of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE - Electric Stand on trucks, Counterbalance and Reach trucks). Experience of MHE is desirable, however full training will be provided if required. Please note that the majority of work will involve working in chilled and ambient environments - full PPE is included. The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off working 12 hours. Day and Night shifts are available.
