Our Manchester operation spans 2 floors representing stalwart brands from our 450+ brand portfolio. The Store Manager we are looking for must be accustomed to aiming higher than the rest, an ambitious and energetic individual who loves problem solving, motivating and developing a large diverse team. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and working within a watertight team of co-managers, you will be part of an inspirational team who settle for nothing less than the absolute best. What you'll be doing: Key responsibilities You will be responsible for inspiring and exciting your audience - staff and customers alike. You will be responsible for relationship building to develop partnerships that will increase turnover. Whether this be with staff, customers or external associates. You will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team using a developed and mature approach to people management You will be responsible for recognising, recruiting and developing talented individuals for advancement and growth within and beyond the store environment. You will be comfortable in driving business growth through the development of new ideas and creative solutions based on the thorough analysis of KPI performance. You will be engaged and up to date with external influences i.e. media, popular culture, local community and industry trends. You will use this knowledge to maximise marketing and sales opportunities by ensuring the store remains commercial to the market place. You will be working in partnership with Merchandising as well as warehouse and stock control teams to provide feedback on product, request product, and implement action plans to increase turnover and profitability driven by product. Ensure that the store image is in line with business standards by conducting floor walks on a daily basis to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards, ensure the team are utilising floor plans, replenishing stock and following VM guidelines. Regularly review and monitor security measures for cash and inventory control. Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers. Prepare weekly reporting for stakeholders, including figures, snapshot of trade, highlights, lowlights and any suggestions to improve the business. Financial accountability managing wage to sales budget, shrinkage and revenue. What you'll be able to demonstrate: Skills and experience You must be charismatic with an energy that displays confidence and authority. You must have sales experience with brands directly relevant to the industry in which END. is positioned. You must have extensive management experience in a service and sales led retail environment. You must have an entrepreneurial, 'can do' self-starting outlook You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills You must be highly organised and adaptable, methodical in approach from implementation to follow through. What you'll be doing: Key responsibilities Own product discovery across web and mobile app, identifying opportunities that drive customer and business value. Collaborate with the Head of Digital Experience to shape and deliver the product roadmap. Understand and communicate customer needs and business goals across teams. Prioritise features and improvements based on data, insight, and impact. Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace. Translate strategy into clear Agile requirements and user stories. Ensure quality across all releases and hold delivery partners to agreed standards. What you'll be able to demonstrate: Skills and experience Solid understanding of E-commerce and has a background in this area, not fully accountable but should have a focus on trade and maximising company KPIs. Track record or working on and delivering complex projects and product enhancements that have had a direct impact to either the business or the customer. Customer centricity - Understand ENDs customers, their problem points and work with the business to make sure these are a priority. Work closely and directly in teams with software engineers, QA and delivery team. Understand and be able to communicate using technical terms to improve collaboration with teams. Understand and have experience working within agile frameworks, be comfortable with the processes and always strive to inspect, adapt and improve. Have knowledge of omnichannel and be keen to learn how to improve these areas. At END we have ambitions to continue to grow online and offline. Experience in experimentation and solid understanding of A/B testing processes and frameworks. Be able to work across the business with stakeholders, understand their needs and communicate this into tech teams as requirements and scope. Background in product management previously . We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering department for a Senior Software Engineer (iOS). The Senior Software Engineer will be working as part of our highly focused development teams to implement new features and functionality in a scalable, performant way. They will be responsible for working to successfully deliver new features, maintain code quality, provide support in architecting solutions, and ensuring projects are staying on track. They'll also play a key role in supporting the growth of the team in line with business objectives, and be able to bring new ideas and technologies to the table that may help the department achieve it's goals. To thrive and excel at END as an iOS Engineer, you need to be a self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of all aspects of your work. This includes everything from developing and deploying code to maintaining it, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and ensuring that all processes are efficient and productive to deliver the best possible results for our customers. Our iOS application is mostly written in Swift, with a few bits in Objective-C. It's modular, utilising the MVVM-C architecture to enhance code reusability and testing. We aim to improve our old components by keeping it up to date with current technologies and trends. We prioritise simplicity over complexity, as fewer moving parts result in fewer faults and easier understanding. What you'll be doing: Key responsibilities You will focus on enhancing, testing, deploying and maintaining the codebase. You will be reviewing code of any size or scope produced by the team. Impactfully lead designs of major software components, systems, and features. You will also work towards optimising team efficiency by collaborating in project planning, anticipating dependencies and risks, and collaborating constructively with other chapters. Use your skills to build our platforms, systems and infrastructure paying particular attention to the quality of your work. Support other team members on design techniques, coding standards & documentation. Add value to the team, cultivating innovation and progression through collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams. What you'll be able to demonstrate: Skills and experience We are looking for iOS engineers who: Can produce robust well tested code. Care about the product, user experience and design. Have more than 4 years of experience developing for iOS. Are a team player, that values being part of a team Are proactive and willing to make positive changes to the way we work Are proficient in writing code in Swift and possess the expertise to select and implement the most effective design patterns to address specific problems. Have proficiency in composing user interface components programmatically in UIKit with Auto Layout. Experience with Reactive Programming, Swift-UI, Swift Concurrency and Objective-C is beneficial, as well as having a keen interest in staying up to date with new technology and are excited about bringing new ideas to the table.
