We're seeking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer to support the delivery of an extensive improvement programme across the Council's entire existing housing estate of over 20,000 homes. Over the next decade, the Council's Housing Service will be required to embark on a large scale retrofit programme to meet Government Statutory targets on energy efficiency ratings and our own net zero carbon targets. Student/ Trainee Planners: Undergraduate Placement Year - fixed term until06/06/2027 Waverley Court We're looking for two student/trainee planners to join our Planning service for their placement year as part of their undergraduate course. This post is not for those who have already graduated. The placement will involve working in both Development Management and Development Planning so you would get a range of experience and be an integral member our Planning service.
