What you'll do: Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for various categories. Business Intelligence: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark against industry standards. Spend Analytics: Analyse large data sets to identify trends and drive value; ensure data accuracy for business intelligence. RFx/eRFx Management: Create and manage RFx processes, support bid evaluations, and make data-driven supplier recommendations. Negotiations: Lead negotiation strategies, draft contract terms, and collaborate with legal and risk management teams. Savings Valuation: Quantify the baseline value of goods and services being sourced, the value of negotiations, and the final change in the total cost of ownership. Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with internal stakeholders, present business cases, and coordinate sourcing strategies. Supplier Management: Oversee supplier relationships, monitor contract expirations, and evaluate supplier performance. Agile Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance sourcing processes and collaborate with partners to increase efficiency. What you have: Typically, 4-6 years of corporate procurement/strategic sourcing experience. Experience negotiating agreements across multiple regions (UK, US, Europe, Asia Pacific). Familiarity with commercial contract law and experience drafting master agreements and SOWs. Proven track record of delivering measurable value in complex organisations; understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus. Strong category management knowledge and execution skills in sourcing strategy, spend analytics, and contract compliance. Ideally, experience in relevant sourcing categories (Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Services, Logistics). Experienced in the end-to-end source-to-contract process, including opportunity identification, spend analysis, RFx, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Able to quickly understand spend, build stakeholder relationships, and lead impactful sourcing projects. Autonomous, confident in engaging senior stakeholders, and committed to delivering long-term value aligned with SPE's goals. Agile mindset with a focus on fairness, inclusivity, consistency, transparency, and accountability. Advanced Excel skills preferred (Pivot Tables, Vlookups). Experience with Ariba and SAP is a plus. Reporting into the VP, Digital Distribution - Nordics & Benelux, this role will be responsible for continuing to implement the studio's digital strategy which will deliver against the business' commercial targets and objectives in the Benelux region. This position is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave. The Territory Digital Account Manager is responsible for Sales management and P&L performance for the EST and VOD business across New Release, Library and TV product for a number of current and new digital accounts across Benelux. They will develop, execute and communicate the sales strategy alongside the VP, with direct responsibility for performance of Sony digital transactional products and business. In addition, this role will both manage and provide commercial oversight as appropriate for contractual and deal negotiations with accounts under management, aligning with and informing other local / regional / global strategies.
