Produce accurate management information (MI) reports for recruitment and HR metrics to support decision making. Manage recruitment administration and ensure compliance with company processes and legal requirements. Collaborate with Area Managers, General Managers, and Head Chefs to facilitate recruitment of values aligned talent. Support the development of induction plans and onboarding for senior employees. Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience. Assist in delivering the People Strategy and projects. Promote Signature Group values through all aspects of the People agenda. Demonstrate innovation and enthusiasm in driving continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
