This role will be paid weekly at 25.86 per hour (umbrella rate) and is a static role based at the University campus in Uxbridge. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-4, which is a 35 hour week. Within this carpenter role you will be joining a team of skilled maintenance technicians. This is a varied maintenance role where you will be responsible for fabric maintenance, carpentry and also reactive works and PPMs. There is also an emphasis on fire door checks and maintenance. You will be joining a well run and exceptional in house team and be responsible for a variety of building services maintenance duties in an impressive head office. You will be paid weekly the equivalent of £50,000 and be working an average of 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
