The Role As a Semi-Senior or Senior in the General Practice team, your role will be varied and client-facing, including: Preparing year-end accounts for a wide range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and sole traders Preparing corporate and personal tax computations Supporting with VAT returns and management accounts Assisting with bookkeeping duties where necessary Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships Supporting junior team members as needed Working closely with senior staff and partners to deliver high-quality service About You To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 2-4 years' experience working in an accountancy practice Part-qualified or fully qualified AAT, or studying towards ACCA/ACA (qualified-by-experience also considered) Strong understanding of accounts preparation and tax compliance A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer Competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications Flexible working arrangements and full-time hours Study support (if applicable) Modern office environment with free on-site parking Supportive team and strong learning & development culture Real opportunity for progression within the firm Interested in taking the next step in your accountancy career?
