Pieminister is looking for a passionate chef to join our crew in our Pieminister restaurant. We're a Bristol-born company famous for our legendary pies, all made with the best ingredients. We're more than just pies though! We're a friendly bunch who love creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. What you'll be doing: Become a Pie Master: Learn everything there is to know about our pies and how to prepare and cook them perfectly Compliance Champion: Ensure you follow specs at all times, completing daily paperwork and following food safety & allergen procedures, keeping to company and statutory health & safety standards Work as a Team: Be part of a fun and supportive crew, communicating effectively with front of house Keep The Kitchen Running Smoothly: Set the kitchen up for each shift keeping to stock rotation and aiming to reduce wastage. Have a calm methodical approach to service, especially in busy periods. Close the kitchen down at the end of the shift leaving a detailed handover Learn and Grow: We offer training to help you develop your skills and become a Pieminister legend!
