About us: We are London's most iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant, with locations in Soho, King's Cross, City and Marylebone. First opened in 1944, Lina Stores is known for its fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products all imported from Italy! Guests can enjoy our Italian dishes in our restaurant and take away the ingredients from our deli to recreate their Italian feast at home. We also have an online shop from which allows customers to order online quickly and easily with seamless deliveries straight to their front door. All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own Lina Cucina in Peckham, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes. About the role: We are looking for passionate Sous Pastry Chefs to join our new Lina Cucina (development kitchen) in Peckham. The perfect candidates will have previous experience working in Italian food preparation and will be driven to develop and grow their careers in the kitchen. You will work from our Lina Stores Restaurant in Kings Cross and you will ensure the consistency and quality of all of our dishes. Level 2 H&S/Food hygiene is essential, alongside being driven and passionate to learn and grow yourself in the kitchen. You are: A talented chef, who is excited to learn specialist Italian cookery skills. You are focused, proactive, and a great communicator. Alongside, being naturally organised, efficient and detail orientated.
