The Opportunity: As a Health and Safety Specialist you ll play a key role in: Providing visible, hands-on health and safety guidance across operational areas, supporting teams to work safely and confidently Driving a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and consistent engagement with colleagues at all levels Leading and supporting safety improvement initiatives to reduce risk, incidents, and operational loss Monitoring safety performance, analysing trends, and implementing practical improvements Supporting audits, investigations, and regulatory interactions, ensuring high standards and timely actions Your work will directly contribute to creating a safer, more resilient working environment where people and performance thrive together.
