This role is crucial to the ongoing support, configuration, and optimisation of our underwriting platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both system usage and the underlying database structure, and capable of making minor configuration changes using Zygo . Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and expertise for Open Box & Open Co systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues. Perform minor configuration changes via the Zygo application. Liaise with internal users to ensure systems are meeting business needs.
