About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in the new homes sector. You will be the face of our brand, guiding prospective buyers through the journey of purchasing their new home - from initial enquiry to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property and people. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage potential buyers at the sales suite and show homes Travelling to sites across the company either covering or supporting resident sale executives. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process. Present and demonstrate new homes, highlighting key features and benefits. Manage the sales process from reservation to legal completion, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using the company systems. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketing team. Ensure the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard. Requirements: Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes or residential sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Highly organised with attention to detail. Confident using outlook and Microsoft Office. Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as required. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
