A London strategic design and brand studio, twenty years established, certified B Corp and working with globally recognised brands at the moments their identities change. This studio has grown almost entirely on the strength of its work, founder energy and referrals. It has the point of view, the client roster and the body of work. What it doesn't have, by its own admission, is a repeatable way of turning all of that into sustainable growth. This contract exists to fix exactly that. The Role This is strategic work with real influence. You shape how the studio approaches opportunity and presents its thinking, rather than executing pitches someone else has chosen for you - you'll be building a growth engine for a studio that has never had one. You'll work directly with the leadership team to develop and embed growth strategies that move the studio beyond founder-driven referrals into something intentional and repeatable. That means facilitating strategy workshops, defining business development frameworks, and coaching founders and partners through the shift from reputation-led to systems-led growth. You'll translate broad ambition into clear, practical plans, and equip the team to run them once you've gone. The Package £700 - £800 per day Hybrid working Potential for extensions Opportunity to drive strategic growth Project fee or day rates Collaborative studio environment The Person You are a growth or business development specialist who works with creative, design or strategy businesses - likely an independent consultant, fractional growth lead, or principal of a small advisory practice. You've designed and embedded growth systems before, and you've coached founders and leadership teams through change without losing their trust. Senior enough to operate strategically and hands on enough to run the workshops yourself.

Drinks isn't a vertical here. It's the whole discipline - bottles, labels, and the technical reality of getting a brand from brief to backbar. This is a freelance role for a Project Manager who already knows drinks - that specialism matters for the kind of work you'd run. The portfolio spans some of the most recognised spirits and wine brands in the world alongside one-person startups, with around 60 live projects moving through the studio at any time. This is a chance to own delivery for the agency that, more than any other, has shaped what the modern drinks shelf looks like. The Role You'll run packaging and branding projects end to end, from brief through to print production, acting as the primary client contact for timelines, budgets and deliverables. That means coordinating designers, copywriters, strategists, artwork teams and external suppliers, and keeping all of them moving to schedule. You'll build the project schedules and resource plans, track status through reports, run both client meetings and internal reviews, manage scope changes to protect profitability, and support the print production and packaging development workflows that turn creative into a finished bottle. This is delivery you own, not delivery you administer. You'll be the single point of contact senior clients rely on - and the reason projects don't stall between the creative and the technical. The Package £350 - £380 per day Hybrid working Rolling summer contract The Person You're a Project Manager who already works in or close to drinks - likely inside a branding or packaging agency, possibly client-side. You've run packaging projects from brief to print and understand bottle development, label compliance and artwork workflows. You're confident managing senior clients directly while coordinating creative teams and suppliers, and you can own delivery autonomously.
